You and your general practice
You and your general practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB). The YYGP document published by NHS England can be found below.
The contract requires every GP practice to have linked to the NHS England YYGP document on their website, no later than 1 October 2025. To find out more click here.
Contacting the surgery for medical or admin advice
As of the 22nd July we will be changing the way you contact us. From this date you will need to complete a form, whether it is a request for a medical certificate or to see a GP you will need to complete the form.
The form is accessible via this link or via the NHS APP https://florey.accurx.com/p/H83018. Your form will be triaged by a GP. We will respond to you either via text message or telephone.
