Live within boundary area?

To be eligible to register at the practice, you must live within the practice catchment area.

 

Named GP

All patients who register at the practice will be allocated a named GP.  Your named GP will be responsible for your overall care at the practice, you can contact the practice to find out who your named GP is and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to change your named GP if you wish to do so.
