Covid-19 Vaccination

07.06.2021 we continue to hold vaccine clincs here at the surgery offering the AZ vaccine.  

Pzifer vaccine can only be administerd from Old Coulsdon Congregational Church, Coulsdon Road, Surrey CR5 1EH. This is due to the fragility of the vaccine. 

Who can have the covid vaccination currently:  Anyone aged over  40 years of age , if you have not yet been contacted by the surgery to invite you in for your covid vaccine please contact the surgery.

The Pfizer vaccine an only be administered to patients from the 5 surgeries in our PCN (Primary Care Network) from Old Coulsdon Congregational Church, Coulsdon Road CR5 1EH.  This is due to the delivcate nature of this vaccine meaning it cannot be transported. There is parking in the Tudor Rose Pub which is on the opposite side of the road to the church, this is a pay and display parking system. There is also parking in the surrounding roads of the church as well as on the Coulsdon road itself, but we would ask that you are respectful of the residents who live there by not obstructing their drives.   We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this location. When you are booked for your appointment, you will be told which site you need to arrive at.
