DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS
Please send all medical queries and Doctor appointment requests via our website The Selsdon Park Medical Practice and click on the Doctors appointments section which will take you directly to the form to be completed
You can access all online request forms either through the website or on your NHS App. We will respond the same day, allowing those with urgent needs to get prompt appointments.
If you do not have a smartphone, please call the practice. Our Reception Team will guide you through the simple questions and help you complete the online form. If an appointment is needed, you will be contacted by phone or sent an SMS text message with a self-book link.
