01.07.2021 we have received a safety advisory notice from our clinical provider informing us that documents received into the practice via Docman are automatically filled into a patients records before it has been actioned by the surgery staff. Due to this there is a recommendation that all surgeries remove the ability for patients to view their documents online via patient access or NHS app until this is rectified. Once this issue has been resolved we will again open access to documents.
