As of 1st November 2022 , those patients aged 16 years and over will be able to view, using their patient facing apps such as My GP and Patient access, the following parts of their medical records:
Appointments, Medications lists both acute and repeat prescriptions, Allergies, Documents/letters, Test results, Problem list and coded data, Consulrations including any free text, immunisations. - These have been set by NHSE asnd not the surgery
