Sepsis Support Group Croydon
Our Primary Care Network PPG's, have been working with the Sepsis Trust UK and our five surgeries within the PCN to set up a Sepsis Support Group that will be available to people throughout the Croydon Borough and neighbouring areas.
Our PCN consists of Old Coulsdon Medical Practice, Bramley Avenue Surgery, Woodcote Medical and Mitchely Avenue Surgery.
As many as 60% of Sepsis survivors are left with not only physical challenges, but mental and emotional challenges too.
If you are a Sepsis survivor, family member or friend of a Sepsis survivor, you can attend these support sessions to share experiences and any concerns with other people.
A Sepsis Lead Nurse will be leading the meeting.
Our first meeting is on

6:30pm-8:00pm
At South East Cancer Help Centre, 2 Purley Road, Purley, CR8 2HA
Future Sepsis Support meetings will be held at the same venue and times as above on the following dates:
- Wednesday 18th of May 2022
- Wednesday 20th of July 2022
- Wednesday 21st of September 2022
- Wednesday 23rd of November 2022
- Wednesday 18th of January 2023
- Wednesday 15th of March 2023
