Access
Disabled Access
There is a ramp at the main entrance for easy access. The patients' toilet also has disabled access and adaptations.
All main consulting rooms and the treatment room are on the ground floor for easy access.
Disabled patients: please ensure that you display both your blue disabled badge alongside your blue badge clock - failure to display both of these signs may lead to you being issued with a parking ticket.
Parking
There is a supermarket car park opposite the surgery. For disabled patients there are allocated disabled bays located in Byron Road adjacent to the Practice. Parking facilities are not available on the front forecourt.
Mobility Scooters
Patients are welcome to leave mobility scooters adjacent to the wall in the practice’s porch but must not bring them into the reception area as this public area can sometimes get quite crowded and may raise health and safety risks as a consequence. Patients will be provided with the use of a wheelchair should this be necessary.
