Salaried GP

• Selsdon Park Medical Practice and Mitchley Avenue Surgery have a combined list of 19,932 patients. We are part of SWC Medical Group which includes  Warlingham Green, Chaldon Road and Whyteleafe Surgeries which are based in East Surrey ICS. We are a 10 partner group practice and at Selsdon Park and Mitchley Avenue we employ 7 Salaried GPs, 5 practice nurses and 3 HCAs. We are a training practice taking trainee GPs, Physicians Associates, Paramedics and Nursing students from St Georges Hospital, Imperial and Barts. We offer enhanced services including minor surgery, coil clinics, diabetic and respiratory clinics, baby checks and immunisations, blood tests and much more.  We are a friendly welcoming practice who are very proud to have recently come top in SW London in the 2022 Patient Survey. We work as a strong team supporting each other no matter what area you work in. Our admin team process prescriptions and incoming documentation meaning less for the GP to deal with. We have a secretary who deals with advice and guidance and referrals as well as medical reports. Our reception team are very experienced, many having been here for a number of years. We have a car park at the surgery for staff.  Outside services use rooms at the surgery regularly. We are part of the SPC Health PCN working together to deliver patients the best care. Our PCN has employed Paramedics, five Pharmacists and an FCP who delivers advice to patients either over the phone or in person.
