Courses
- Mental Health first aid for Children and Young people: Developed in collaboration with First Aid for Life, this mental health first aid training course will teach you how to recognise warning signs of mental ill health in young people and help you develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone, whilst keeping yourself safe. The course will help you to develop resilience, learn new ways to cope with stress, and equip you with a wealth of resourses to be able to confidently help young people struggling with their mental health. The first aid qualification will provide you with the knowledge to spot specific warning signs that a young person could be struggling with their mental health condition; it explains how to initiate a supportive conversation, explore healthier lifestyle choices and links to additional support available if the young person needed further help.

- COURSE: CAMHS Approved Clinician Induction and Refresher: This two-day course is a specialist training for CAMHS clinicians, examining the legal framework for the care and treatment of children and young people with complex mental health needs. It highlights the relevant key concepts, statutory provisions and safeguards for establishing the legal authority for detention and any proposed interventions.
